Proceed to Ground Transportation Level: Make your way to the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) of your respective terminal. Designated Pick-Up Areas: Terminal A: Pillars A11, A12, A13 Terminal B: Pillars B11, B12, B13 Terminal C: Pillars C277, C278 Board the Shuttle: Look for the shuttle bus displaying the Routes logo.
