Pick-up instructions

Avis operates from the Car Rental Village at Manchester Airport. To reach the Avis location From Terminal 1: Exit arrivals, keep left, and follow signs to the car hire village bus stop. The shuttle departs from the corner of the bus parking lanes. From Terminal 2: Exit the main terminal; the bus stop for the car hire village is directly opposite. From Terminal 3: Exit arrivals and head to the bus stop opposite the multi-storey car park, underneath the walkway from the terminal to the car park. The free shuttle bus to the Car Rental Village departs every 10 minutes from each terminal. Once at the Car Rental Village, proceed to the Avis counter to complete your rental agreement and collect your vehicle.

Drop-off instructions

During Business Hours: Drive to the Car Rental Village and follow the signs to the Avis return area. Park the vehicle in the designated Avis bay and return the keys to the counter. After Hours: Park the vehicle in the Avis bay and place the keys inside the drop box located outside the Preferred cabin in the car park. If you're returning the car from outside the airport, follow signs to the Car Rental Village via the M56 motorway.
